Flow Game 3 of 108

Well well well, life flowed and I saw myself in one more flow game this week. It seems like the universe does conspire when we set an authentic intention and let the whisper out into the wind. It carries and reaches those waiting to receive it. And honestly, the proof keeps showing up.

This one was with two dear friends and our stories intersect and interweave in interesting ways while we witness each other in our growth journeys. There is something quietly sacred about being in a space with people whose paths keep crossing yours, not by accident, but by design. We just show up when the time aligns.
This time I was a flow host. I was holding the container , and at the same time I was entering it myself.
There is a unique kind of vulnerability in that being the one who holds space while also being open enough to let yourself be held by it. Host and participant, all at once. The two roles seamlessly interlayer with each other.

People come to the flow game after a day of events and sometimes carrying the weight of everything that came before or if not bodily tiredness, and that is exactly why it matters to hold space as they gently invite themselves in, no rush, no pressure. Make space and make time for it. The game is not meant to be pushed or compelled but rather something you flow into willingly, in your own time. You arrive when you are ready, and the game meets you there.
In my own leadership workshops, I talk about something called the open mind, open heart, and open will. And while we shared stories in this game, that alignment evolved naturally in one of the stories. It simply emerged. And there is something deeply beautiful about witnessing that kind of alignment happen in real time and then being able to say it aloud together, to name it, to honor it.
