Game 1 of 108: A Winter Morning Flow

This winter morning began as I always do, a sage cleansing ritual , a journalling meditation and bowing down to the masters and teachers who guide me, setting my intention to create hope spots and islands of meaningful connection through the gifts I carry.

Today, I played a Flow Game with my friend and fellow host, Arvind. It felt authentic, like a soothing balm, deepening my roots in this practice and the magic it brings.

This marks the first of 108 games (and possibly more) that I'm committing to over the coming year.

What I learned today:Personal practice and hosting one another is vital to keeping our intention, practice, and flow authentic and alive.

When we hold space for each other, we strengthen the work we do in the world.

Today's game revealed the beauty that comes when we invite a friend to help us stay aligned to an intention that benefits a larger collective.

I was reminded to name the people who will be part of my wisdom council, and to embrace the tremor we feel when we step into our courage to do something we do not yet fully know how to do.

I'm deeply excited for the games waiting to be hosted, co-hosted, and discovered over this coming year.
