Start with a conversation, not a contract

You do not need a fully formed brief to write to me. A half-formed question is often the more honest place to start, and it is where the interesting work usually begins.

Tell me a little about your context, your group, or the threshold you are standing at. I will reply personally, and if it feels like there might be a fit, we can set up a short call to explore it together. No pitch, no pressure. If I am not the right person for what you need, I will say so and, where I can, point you towards someone who is.

You can also simply email me at bhavani@sthavi.me.

Often the first conversation is about

  • A leadership programme or Collaboratories for university students

  • A team day, offsite or dialogue process for an organisation/team.

  • A visual harvest for a retreat or community gathering

  • A Flow Game session for an individual, a team or a part of a university course

  • Collaborating as a fellow facilitator or Presencing practitioner

Most conversations that lead somewhere begin with a relaxed 30-minute call. If that sounds useful, just say so in your note.

Sthavi.
